4. Booking and Payments
Bookings for services can be made by phone or telegram. Payment for services must be made in advance according to the rates specified on the website. We accept cash as well as ABA or Acleda bank transfer.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
